Welcome to True Trader! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the True Trader mobile application (“App”) operated by True Trader (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our App, you agree to abide by these terms.

If you do not agree with any of the provisions in these Terms, you must immediately cease using our App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
• You are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the App with the consent of a legal guardian.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. User Account

• You must create an account to access certain features of the App.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your account details secure.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Users may upload an image for their profile. Ensure that uploaded content complies with our rules in Section 6.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers in-app purchases for additional features, including subscription-based services.

• Subscription Terms:
  • Subscriptions are billed periodically (monthly/yearly) as specified during purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • No refunds or credits will be provided for partially used subscription periods.
• All payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We do not store any payment details.

5. User-Generated Content

• Users can upload profile images within the App.
• By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display such content solely for App-related purposes.
• You agree that any uploaded content:
  • Does not infringe the rights of third parties (e.g., copyright, trademark, privacy).
  • Is not offensive, illegal, defamatory, or harmful to others.
  • Complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion if it violates these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using our App, you must NOT:

• Use the App for illegal purposes.
• Upload inappropriate, obscene, or unauthorized content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App’s functionality.
• Share your account login credentials with others.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Privacy Policy

By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. You can view the Privacy Policy within the App or on our website.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to us or other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation of the App.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Trader, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the laws of the state of Gujarat, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

14. Third-Party Services

The App may include links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of third-party platforms.

15. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right.
